Our House Saints

The house saints were chosen and voted for by pupils based on their inspiring lives and virtues that align with the values of the school community. Each saint represents a unique aspect of faith, dedication, and service and the reflect a diverse range of backgrounds, cultures, and time periods, making each saint an excellent role model for the pupils of St Mary's.

  • St. John Paul II, known for his leadership and compassion, inspires courage and perseverance.

  • St. Alphonsa Muttathupadathu, the first Indian saint, exemplifies humility and suffering with grace.

  • St. Teresa of Avila was a strong and determined woman who never gave up on her faith. She worked hard to make the Church better and teaches us to trust in God.

  • St. Vincent de Paul, known for his charitable works, encourages kindness and service to the poor.

  • St. Gianna Beretta Molla, a modern saint, embodies selflessness and love for family.

The pupils participated in the selection process, ensuring that these saints reflect their aspirations and values, fostering a strong sense of faith, unity, and inspiration within the school.
